The technical director is the management representative. He ensures the necessary conditions for motivating all staff regarding product quality, environmental protection and ensuring safety at work and exercises direct control over the integrated management system quality – environment – safety and health at work. It also provides the necessary resources for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the integrated management system quality – environment – occupational safety and health, including by designating the competent personnel for the management, execution and verification activities.
It also ensures that the policy on quality, environment, safety and health at work is understood and maintained at all levels of the organization.

The strategic objectives are:
• Increasing customer satisfaction through the effective application of SMI, including processes for continuous improvement of the integrated management system;
• Increasing the confidence of all stakeholders in the quality of products and through the care shown in protecting the environment;
• Increasing the efficiency of the company’s activity;
• Ensuring appropriate measures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases at work;
• Maintaining the necessary certification and authorizations;
All staff are informed of the importance of meeting customer requirements as well as compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
